Who’s behind it?
A company called Biostar Technology built the system. Bruce Copen Laboratories (with 70+ years in the game) handles the hardware and software. They have produced and distributed over 70,000 units worldwide.
Historical nod:
The system uses a reference to Nikola Tesla’s old flat coil patent from 1894.
What’s the big idea?
The machine has a special coil setup (inspired by Tesla coils). This design can send and receive signals, even through solid metals, (imagine sending a message through a locked safe) and the signal can travel far without losing strength. It produces an “over-unity” amount of energy, meaning it produces more energy than what's put in.

Tesla coils have been built and tested by hobbyists, engineers, and researchers for years. Prof. Konstantin Meyl from Germany has done various experiments and has published written articles about his findings of Tesla coils. Eric Dollard, another Tesla coil expert has worked on electronics and radio gear along Tesla lines, proving it's claims.
